St. Mark's Hospital Senior Health Center makes it easy for older adults to receive the care, services and support they need in one convenient location in Salt Lake City. This unique service is specially designed to provide adults ages 65 and older with comprehensive, convenient and personalized healthcare.

Unfortunately many older adults are not able to access the services they require to stay healthy. The Senior Health Center makes it easy for older adults to receive the care, services and support they need in one accessible location.

Our doctors are internal medicine physicians with a special focus in caring for seniors. As your primary care physician, this individual will coordinate all of your healthcare needs. Our expert care team includes these physicians:

Complete Services In One Call
The St. Mark's Hospital Senior Health Center was specifically designed to simplify the healthcare process for seniors. Instead of making several different appointments, you make just one phone call for your physician visit, lab, x-ray tests, psychosocial counseling and other medical needs. As our patient, you are offered the following services:
- Primary medical care including physical exam, diagnostic services, lab, etc.
- Referrals to medical specialists
- Health screening and educational programs
- Assistance with billing and other paperwork
- Coordination of community resources and home care
- Prescription facilitation as needed
We accept Medicare and most supplemental insurance plans. Our business office will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Call us at 801.268.7766.
Convenient Location and Friendly Hours
The Senior Health Center is located at St. Mark's Hospital on the ground floor in the northwest corner of the North Medical Office Building, 1200 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84124. There are more than 15 parking spaces reserved for seniors adjacent to the center.
Open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. We are closed on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. However, there is always a Senior Health Center physician on call for urgent care needs. Medications
Please bring all your medications in their original containers with you each time you visit us.
Prescription Refill Policy
You must contact your pharmacy with refill requests, and then the pharmacy will contact us for authorization. Copayments are due at the time of service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
